Installation Procedure

Remove all hoses and connectors between the final drives and the swivel.
Remove the two sprockets and two 507-6564 Final Drive Gp.Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, UENR5585 , "Sprocket" and "Final Drive" for the procedures.
Install 511-6006 Final Drive Gp (11), 511-6008 Final Drive Gp (12), and the two sprockets.

Hose (a) through hose (h) are labeled at both ends for clarity.
(A) 15O +/- 3O
(B) 45O +/- 3O
Install hoses between the two travel final drives and the swivel as shown in Illustration 2.Note: Avoid sharp corners at each strap (2) cutting edge as not to damage the hoses.Note: Hose (8) should be torque at both ends by 76 +/- 4 N m (56 +/- 3 ft lb).Note: Hose (10) should be torque to connector (3) by 160 +/- 16 N m (118 +/- 11 ft lb).Note: Each elbow (7) is angled 15O +/- 3O (A) toward the final drive.Note: All connectors (3) are angled 45O +/- 3O (B) as shown in the above illustration.
