Remove the 0931296 Clamps (2 pieces)that hold the 1950635 Tube. See Illustration 2.
Remove the 1950635 Tube. There is noneed to disconnect the end of the tube from the 1877173 Hose Assembly.
Remove the 1991689 Hose (pump side).
Remove the 0931300 Clamps on both sides.
Remove the 1978205 Tube.
Remove the 1797464 Hose.
Remove the 1978206 Tube.
Remove the 1797705 Support Assemblyand 1797706 Support Assembly.

Install 2208493 plates on both sides,using the same bolts as on 1797705 Support Assembly and 1797706 SupportAssembly. See Illustration 3.
Install the 2231880 Tube.
Re-install the 1797464 Hose.
Install the 2231879 Tube.
Re-install the 1991689 Hose (pump side).
Re-install the 1950635 Tube.
Reinstall the 0931296 Clamps that holdthe 1950635 Tube.
Reinstall the 0931300 Clamps, using thesame bolts as on 1797705 Support Assembly and 1797706 Support Assembly.
Prior to install the new hoses, change6V9746 Seal - O-rings on the 2231880 Tube Assembly and 2231879 Tube Assembly.Do not re-install the 8T8899 Elbows.

Install 2231084 Hoses on both sides ofthe boom. See Illustration 4.
Disconnect the vacuum pump.

The machines of the Group 2 have theright hoses and tubes. Only the mounting of the 2231084 Hoses is to bemodified.
Apply steps 1 to 6 of Group 1 rework procedure.
Remove the 8T8899 Elbows (45 degrees ?4 pieces).
Prior to install the new hoses, change6V9746 Seal - O-rings on the 2231880 tube as and 2231879 Tube Assembly.Do not re-install the 8T8899 elbows. See Illustration 4.
Change the used 2231084 Hoses for newones on both sides of the boom.
Disconnect the vacuum pump.
Remove the 0931296 Clamps (2 pieces)that hold the 1950635 Tube. See Illustration 2.
Remove the 1950635 Tube. There is noneed to disconnect the end of the tube from the 1877173 Hose Assembly.
Remove the 1991689 Hose (pump side).
Remove the 0931300 Clamps on both sides.
Remove the 1978205 Tube.
Remove the 1797464 Hose.
Remove the 1978206 Tube.
