Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Control Valve - Remove and Install".

Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before operating any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.After collecting all fluids in suitable containers, dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.
Note: Put identification marks on all hoses, on all hose assemblies, on all wires, and on all tube assemblies for installation purposes. Plug all hose assemblies and all tube assemblies.Position the work tool in an upright position. The work tool should only be positioned in this manner on a solid, level surface. If a solid level surface is not available, lay the work tool on a side.

Remove hose assemblies (1) and remove bolts (2) from tube assemblies (3) .

Remove bolts (4) and bushings (5). Remove tube assemblies (3) .

Remove plate (6). Repeat for the opposite side.

Disconnect hose assemblies (7). Remove bolts (8) and remove lock plate (9) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to mounting plate (11). Remove bolts (10). Remove swivel (12) and mounting plate (11) together. The combined weight of swivel (12) and mounting plate (11) is approximately 136 kg (300 lb).

Remove bolts (13). Use two people in order to remove mounting plate (11). The weight of mounting plate (11) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).

Remove bolts (14) and remove block assemblies (15). Remove O-ring seals (16) .
