Removal Procedure

Loosen the nuts and then loosen bolts (2) .
Loosen nut (4). Turn nut (3) in the clockwise direction in order to reduce the tension on conveyor belt (1) .
Repeat Step 1 and Step 2 on the other side of the conveyor.

Attach a suitable lifting device to conveyor assembly (5). The weight of conveyor assembly (5) is approximately 544 kg (1200 lb).

Lift conveyor assembly (5) and place conveyor assembly (5) on the side.
Remove the bolts and rollers (6) from conveyor assembly (5) .

Lift the frame assembly. The weight of the frame assembly is approximately 454 kg (1000 lb). Lift the frame assembly until the frame clears conveyor belt (1) .
Attach lifting straps to conveyor belt (1). The weight of conveyor belt (1) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Move conveyor belt (1) out of the way. Lower the frame assembly to the ground and remove the suitable lifting device.Installation Procedure

Attach lifting straps to conveyor belt (1). The weight of conveyor belt (1) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Use a second person to hold conveyor belt (1) upright.
Attach a suitable lifting device to the frame assembly. Lift the frame assembly. The weight of the frame assembly is approximately 454 kg (1000 lb). Lower the frame assembly into conveyor belt (1) .

Install rollers (6) and the bolts to conveyor assembly (5) .
Lower conveyor assembly (5) to the ground.

Remove the suitable lifting device from conveyor assembly (5) .

Loosen nut (3). Turn nut (4) in the clockwise direction in order to increase the tension on conveyor belt (1). Verify that conveyor belt (1) is centered on the pulley's.
Tighten bolts (2) and then tighten the nuts.
Repeat Step 6 and Step 7 on the other side of the conveyor.
