Remove gray cap (K) and release the connector pins using appropriate tool from connector (J).

Terminate 535-6932 Cable As (1) by plugging in the black wires in either position 3 or position 6 of the connector (J).Note: Unplug the connector from the display as shown in Illustration 9 and tie it back, as it will no longer be used.Note: Plug the new USB harness to the connector on the display as shown in Illustration 10.

Using plate (3) as a template, mark and drill three holes with reference to the specification given in Figure 13. Before drilling, precautions to be taken not to contact the harness.

Place plate (3) to match the position of the drilled holes with the holes on the plate. Install the plate using two screws (4), two nuts (5), and two hard washers (6).

Route the cable assembly (1) along existing harness (L) using five cable straps (7).Attach USB cable port end to 535-6992 Plate (3) previously installed.

(M) Location of existing USB port
Remove the existing 398-3073 USB Cable As from location (M) on center machine console. Leave the machine side harness attached to existing retaining clip.The 344-7618 Seal Cover from existing USB port can now be installed on the new USB port location by attaching the tether of the seal cover to the new USB port location.
