Make sure that the shaft of the track carrier roller and the bore in the mounting bracket on the undercarriage frame assembly are clean and free of dirt.

Use Two people in order to position the track carrier roller into the mounting bracket. The weight of the track carrier roller is approximately 43 kg (95 lb). Adjust the track carrier roller until Distance (B), the distance between the outside face of the mounting bracket and the track carrier roller is 6.8 mm (0.27 inch).

After adjusting the position of track carrier roller (2) in the mounting bracket, tighten bolt (1).

Make sure that track carrier roller (2) rotates smoothly by manually turning the track carrier roller. Slowly lower the track assembly onto the track carrier roller with Tooling (A).
Tighten the tension of the track. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track Adjustment - Adjust".
