2. Remove covers (1) and (2). 3. Put marks of identification for connection of hose assemblies (3) and (5) at control valve (6).4. Disconnect hose assemblies (3) and (5) at control valve (6). Install caps for protection in the line openings.5. Remove rod (4) from the spool in valve (6). 6. Disconnect hose assembly (7) at control valve (6).7. Remove the bolts that hold valve (6) to the bracket and remove valve (6).8. Disconnect hose assembly (7) at the rear of valve (6). Put caps for protection in the line openings.Install Sideshift Lock Cylinder Control Valve
1. Connect hose assembly (2) to the rear of valve (1).2. Put valve (1) in position on the bracket and install the bolts to hold it. 3. Connect hose assemblies (3) and (5) to control valve (2).4. Connect control rod (4) to the valve spool and tighten the locknut. 5. Install covers (6) and (7).Disassemble Sideshift Lock Cylinder Control Valve
start by:a) remove side shift lock cylinder control valve 1. Remove connector (1) and seal.2. Remove connector (2) and seal.3. Remove check valve (3), adapter and seal. 4. Remove the valve spool (5) from valve body (4).5. Remove the O-ring seals and plug from the valve spool.6. Thoroughly clean and inspect all parts.7. Damage of either valve body (4) or valve spool (5) will make necessary replacement of the valve group.Assemble Sideshift Lock Cylinder Control Valve
1. Install two O-ring seals (1) on valve spool (2). Install the plug in the end of valve spool (2).2. Put clean hydraulic oil on the O-ring seals and install valve spool (2) in valve body (3).3. Install retaining ring (4) on each end of valve spool (2). Be sure to install valve spool (2) in valve body (3) as shown. 4. Install connector (5) with a new seal.5. Install connector (6) with a new seal.6. Install the adapter for check valve (7) with a new seal.7. Install check valve (7).end by:a) install sideshift lock cylinder control valve
