The roller assembly machine also assembles the track roller and carrier rollers. This roller assembly machine works with snap ring rollers, with oval track roller, and with rollers that use either conventional and inverted Duo-Cone seal groups.Features and Benefits
The roller assembly machine reduces cycle times by positioning and pressing the roller.
The work table swivels for easy removal of the collar and the shaft without the removal of the roller from the bench. Similarly, the work table allows easy installation of the collar and the shaft.
A built in fixture allows the roller assembly machine to pull the collars.
A Cat hydraulic power supply for the table is available in 115 volt 60 Hz, 220 volt 50/60 Hz 3 phase, 230/460 volt 60 Hz 3 phase, or 220/380/440 volt 50 Hz 3 phase electrical configurations.
