(4) Install 308193 Connector (16) and 3P1932 Adapter (17) in valve (13) with 3K360 Seals. Install 3J7352 Connector (18) and a 3J7354 Seal. Install 6M6853 Tee (19) and a 3J1907 Seal in valve (7). Connect 308142 Reducer (20) to tee (19) with 3R4437 Nut (21). Connect 8V5194 Tube Assembly (22) to reducer (20) and connector (16). Connect 8V5192 Tube Assembly (23) to elbows (12) and (24). Install 8V5154 Tee (25) and a 3J7354 Seal in adapter (17). Assemble 2N8142 Tee (26) and 7K9197 Elbow (27) together and connect tee (26) to tee (25). (5) Install 7K9197 Elbow (28) on connector (18). Connect 8V5193 Tube Assembly (29) to elbow (28) and tee (26). Install 5P4272 Union (30) and a 3J1907 Seal in 8J6875 Valve Assembly (31). Install valve (31) and union (30) with a 3J1907 Seal on valve (7). Install 7J4026 Elbow (32) and 6M6853 Tee (33) with 3J1907 Seals in valve (31). Connect 8V5197 Tube Assembly (34) to elbow (32) and tee (25). Install 308142 Reducer (35) and 3R4437 Nut (36) on tee (33). Connect 8V7425 Tube Assembly (37) to reducer (35) and elbow (27). (6) Install valve (7) and 6J1038, 4J522 and 4J523 Seals on hydraulic control valve (4) with three 3D9348 Bolts (38). Install 307962 Elbow (39) as shown. Remove hydraulic pressure relief valve (40) from valve (4) and install 3G4135 Plug (41) with 7M8485 and 4J522 Seals where the valve was removed. Inspect the seals on valve (40), if they are damaged, install new seals on the valve. Install valve (40) in valve (7) as shown. Remove the former relief valve and install 9J4841 Valve Group (42) at the location shown. (7) Connect 8V722 Hose Assembly (43) and 8V723 Hose Assembly (44) to the connectors in the bottom of pilot control valve (45) as shown. Put the hoses in position and connect hose (43) to tee (19) and connect hose (44) to elbow (39). (8) Fasten hoses (43) and (44) to the existing clamps with two 4V439 Bolts (46), two 4V968 Locks (47), four 7V6659 Clamps (48) and four 7V6571 Grommets (49). Put former strap (50) around hoses (43) and (44).4V9656 Front Lines Group
(1) Install 7V6556 Elbow (1) and a 1P3705 Seal on control valve (2) with two 1A1460 Bolts, two L1329 Bolts and four 5P8245 Washers. Install 9S6130 Plug (3) and a 2S4078 Seal in elbow (1). Connect former hydraulic supply hose (4) to elbow (1) with the former hardware. (2) Install 7V2864 Plates (5) and 7V428 Blocks (6) on 7V2784 Tube Assembly (7) and 7V2781 Tube Assembly (8) with T318 Bolts and 5P8244 Washers. Install tubes (7) and (8) and 1P3704 Seals on control valve (2) with T768 Bolts. Tack weld blocks (6) in position on top of the loader frame at approximately the location shown. Remove tubes (7) and (8) and plates (5). Make 5.0 (.19") fillet welds along each side of blocks (6). Install tubes (7) and (8) and plates (5). (3) Tackweld 8V2466 Bars (11)
