Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to radiator guard (20). The weight of radiator guard (20) is approximately 1950 kg (4300 lb). Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to lower the front of radiator guard (20) slightly.
Attach Tooling (B) to each side of radiator guard (20). Use Tooling (B) in order to slide radiator guard (20) into position.

Install bolt (24). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

Install bolts (23). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

Install bolt (22). Connect hose assembly (21). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

Install plate (19). Connect harness assemblies (18). Connect hose assemblies (17).

Connect harness assembly (15). Attach cable straps (16).

Connect harness assembly (14). Connect cable clips (12). Attach cable straps (13).

Attach a suitable lifting device to top grill (11). The weight of top grill (11) is approximately 54 kg (120 lb). Use the suitable lifting device in order to install top grill (11). Repeat this step for bottom grill (10).

Connect hose assembly (9). Position hoses (8). Tighten the hose clamps for hoses (8) to a torque of 7.5 1.0 N m (66.38 8.85 lb in).

Connect hose assemblies (7) and hose assembly (5). Install hose assemblies (6).
