start by: a) remove water pumpb) remove fan belt tightenerc) remove vibration damper and pulley
TYPICAL EXAMPLE1. Put tooling (A) under the front of the engine as shown.2. Remove two bolts (1) and nuts from the engine front support.
TYPICAL EXAMPLE3. Remove two bolts (2) from each side of the flywheel housing at the rear of the engine.4. Lift the front of the engine with tooling (A) until the weight of the engine is off of the front support.
TYPICAL EXAMPLE5. Remove four bolts (3) and front support (4).Install Engine Front Support
TYPICAL EXAMPLE1. Put the engine front support (1) in position on the trunnion. Install the four bolts that hold it.2. Lower the front of the engine until the front support makes contact with the frame.3. Install the two bolts that hold the front support in position. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 350 35 lb.ft.
