Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Install a new gasket (14) over studs (15) onto adapter (16) .
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of studs (15) .

Install turbocharger (12) in the original position. Secure the turbocharger with four nuts (13) . Tighten nuts (13) to a torque of 54 4 N m (40 3 lb ft).
Check the condition of all O-ring seals on all water and oil lines. Replace the O-ring seals with new parts. Apply clean oil to all the seals prior to installation.

Position exhaust elbow (11) and install bolts (10) .
Install tube assembly (9) .
Tighten clamps (8) .

Install bolts (5) at elbow (4) .
