PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1. Fabricate Plate_01, from S235 or equivalent strength structural steel. Refer to Image 1.1.1 (dimensions are in millimeter).

2. Fabricate Plate_02, from S235 or equivalent strength structural steel. Refer to Image 1.2.1 (dimensions are in millimeter). Paint the plate in order to avoid rust.

3. Fabricate Plate_03, from S235 or equivalent strength structural steel. Refer to Image 1.3.1 (dimensions are in millimeter). Paint the plate in order to avoid rust.

4. Fabricate Plate_04, from S235 or equivalent strength structural steel. Refer to Image 1.4.1 (dimensions are in millimeter).

5. Weld the Plate_01 on the Radiator Grid, as shown in Images 1.5.1, 1.5.2 and 1.5.3.
Take care to correctly position the Plate_01: the 2 holes, drilled at 30mm from Plane 02, must be on the left side of the radiator grid . Refer to Image 1.5.2.

6. Paint the Plate_01 and all the welded area.
7. Weld the Plate_04 on the SU Blade, as shown in Images 1.6.1 and 1.6.2.

8. Paint the Plate_04 and all the welded area.
9. Install the Plate_02 on the Plate_01. And assemble Plate_03, clips and grommet. Refer to Image 1.7.1.

10. Install the clips and grommet on Plate_04. Assemble the 206-2727 Guard on the 2 Tilt hoses between the Radiator grid and the Blade. Refer to Image 1.8.1.

11. Install the clips and grommet on the 2 Tilt hoses between the Blade and the Tilt cylinder. Assemble the 206-2727 Guard on these 2 Tilt hoses. Refer to Image 1.9.1.

Note: If some machines have been reworked with a Heavy Duty Radiator Grid, do not install the Plate_01. Drill 2 holes in this Heavy Duty Radiator Grid as shown in Image 1.10.1.
Install the Plate_02 on this grid. And assemble all the other components as described in this Procedure. Refer to Image 1.10.2.
