Rework Procedure
The new 294-3054 Condenser and Mounting allows the new condenser to be a direct replacement for the 7W-5112 Condenser. Both the mounting holes and the existing air conditioner lines can be used with the new 294-3054 Condenser and Mounting. If 294-3054 Condenser and Mounting is not already assembled for installation, please use the following parts list and steps in order to complete the assembly and installation.Required Parts

Assemble condenser (1) to plates (3) with four bolts (6) and four washers (9) .
Mount the assembly from Step 1 to bracket (4) and bracket (5) with four mounts (8), four washers (9) and four bolts (11) .

Attach brackets (2) to the assembly from the previous step with eight bolts (6) and eight washers (10) .
Attach the assembly to right hand channel (12) and left hand channel (13) with ten bolts (7) and ten washers (10) .
After evacuating the air conditioning system, use 2.5 kg (5.5 lb) of R134a refrigerant in order to refill the system.ReferenceRefer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating R-134a for All Caterpillar Products" for more information.
