Hot oil and components can cause personal injury.Do not allow hot oil or components to contact the skin.Be sure that the engine and components are cool enough to touch with your bare hand prior to performing any service work.
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Disconnect hose assembly (3).
Attach a suitable lifting device to engine oil pump (5). The weight of engine oil pump is approximately 104 kg (229 lb).
Remove bolts (1), bolts (2), bolts (4), and engine oil pump (5).
Remove the two O-ring seals from the front housing.
Remove the O-ring seal from the engine oil pump (5).
