Personal injury can result from hydraulic oil pressure and hot oil.Hydraulic oil pressure can remain in the hydraulic system after the engine has been stopped. Serious injury can be caused if this pressure is not released before any service is done on the hydraulic system.Make sure all of the attachments have been lowered, oil is cool before removing any components or lines. Remove the oil filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.
Selection of the Oil Change Interval
The standard hydraulic oil change interval for this machine is at every 2000 Service Hours or 1 Year. By performing S O S oil analysis, the hydraulic oil change interval may be extended up to 4000 Service Hours or 2 Years. S O S oil analysis must be performed at every 500 Service Hours or 3 Months in order to extend the hydraulic oil change interval. The results from the S O S oil analysis will determine if the hydraulic oil change interval may be extended. If S O S oil analysis is not available, the hydraulic oil change interval must remain at every 2000 Service Hours or 1 Year.
