Remove the front belly guard and drain the enginecoolant.
Remove the 1850844 and 2131724 Hoses and replacewith new hoses of the same parts number. See Illustration 1 to locate thehoses on the machine. The parts number did not change but the supplierchanged. Install hoses from the new supplier only. See Illustration 2 toidentify the hoses from the new supplier.
Install clips and clamps as shown on Illustration1 and tighten the 8T4984 Clamps at 11 N.m. Be sure there are no interferencebetween the hoses and others parts.
Fill the machine with the engine coolant and checkfor any leakage with the engine running. Repair as required.
Install back the front belly guard.
Refer to Service Manual, Disassembly & Assembly,to remove and install the front belly guard.
