Install two mufflers (1) to the right side fender with four clamp assemblies (2). Hand tighten nuts on clamp assemblies (2).

Insert exhaust pipe assembly (3) inside the muffler at a distance of (B) 110 5 mm (4.3 0.2 inch) as shown in Illustration 3.

(3) Pipe Assembly
(W1) 3.0 mm (0.12 inch) fillet weld, 10 mm (0.39 inch) in length at four placesNote: Point exhaust pipe assembly (3) towards rear of truck.
Weld exhaust pipe assembly (3) to muffler with 3.0 mm (0.12 inch) fillet weld, 10 mm (0.39 inch) in length, 90 degrees apart as shown in Illustration 4.
Tighten nuts on four clamp assemblies (2) to 105 20 N m (77 15 lb ft). Refer to Illustration 2.
