1 2 - Tighten the bolt to 900 100 N m (664 74 lb ft).
2 2 171-5882 Duo-Cone Seal Gp Make sure that the rubber toric seals are clean and dry. Make sure that all surfaces that contact the toric seals are clean and dry. Apply a thin film of oil to the contacting surfaces of the metal seal. Align the Seal rings squarely with the bore. The toric ring must not bulge and the toric ring must not be twisted. Refer to Special Instruction, SEHS8364, "Assembly and Installation of Conventional Duo-Cone Seals".
3 2 4H-9105 O-Ring Seal Before assembly, lubricate the O-ring seal with the lubricant.
4 - - Before assembly, lubricate the surface.
A - - Distance to the bushing from the face of the roller on each side is 15.00 0.08 mm (0.591 0.003 inch).
5 - - Lubricate the bore lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
B - - Lubricate the bore for each collar prior to assembly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
Extension of the shaft from the surface of the collar on both side is 57.74 0.13 mm (2.273 0.005 inch).
C - - The plug must not be recessed below the surface of the stopper after assembly.
Dimension for installing the stopper below the end of the shaft is 11 4 mm (0.43 0.16 inch).
