Information:

Stopping the engine immediately after it has been working under load can result in overheating and accelerated wear of engine components.Excessive temperatures in the turbocharger centerhousing will cause oil coking problems. Excessive temperatures in the turbocharger centerhousing may damage the turbocharger bearing/shaft system and significantly shorten the life of the turbocharger.Allow the engine to gradually cool before stopping the engine
Reduce the engine rpm to low idle. Disengage the driven equipment.
Allow the engine to idle without a load for 15 minutes in order to cool the engine.
Check the engine crankcase oil level while the engine is idling. Maintain the oil level between the "ADD" and "FULL" marks on the "LOW IDLE" side of the oil level gauge.
Turn the "FUEL ON/OFF" switch to the OFF position.The engine will coast to a stop. Ensure that any system that provides external support to the engine is secured after the engine is stopped.
