The Alternator Charge Rate Is Not Regular.    
Cause    Solution    
The alternator belt is loose.     Check the belt tension. If the belt tension is low, adjust the belt tension.    
There is an open or high resistance in the charging circuit, in the ground circuit, or in the battery connections.     Inspect all cables. Clean the connections and tighten the connections. Replace damaged components.    
The brushes are worn or the brushes are damaged.     Replace the brush assembly. Consult any CLAAS dealer.    
The regulator is defective.     Replace the regulator. Consult any CLAAS dealer.    
The engine is not properly grounded.     Check the connections of the engine ground cable. (1)    
The rotor assembly is grounded or the rotor assembly is shorted.     Replace the rotor assembly. Consult any CLAAS dealer.    
The rectifier diodes are open or the rectifier diodes are shorted.     Replace the damaged rectifier diode assembly in the alternator. Consult any CLAAS dealer. (1)

The alternator belt is damaged.     Replace the belt.    
The belt is misaligned or the pulley is misaligned.     Align the drive pulley, the alternator pulley, and the belt.    
The pulley is loose.     Tighten the nut for the pulley. If the keyway is worn, install a new pulley.    
The bearings are worn.     Replace the bearings.    
The rectifier diodes are open or the rectifier diodes are shorted.     Replace the damaged rectifier diode assembly in the alternator. Consult any CLAAS dealer.    The Tail Lights Do Not Turn Off

The switch on the brake pedal is out of adjustment or the switch on the brake pedal is defective.     Adjust the switch or replace the switch.

The engine start switch key is not in the ON position.     Turn the key to the ON position.    
The fuse is defective.     Replace the fuse.    
A relay is defective.     Replace the relay.    
There is a poor ground connection.     If only the rear floodlights do not work, check the ground in the front of the right side console. The ground strap for the cab could be disconnected. Check the continuity of the harness.    The Alarm Sounds And No Indicator Is Illuminated
