Remove air pressure regulator (1).

Remove 10 bolts screws (7) and doom (8).

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Remove diaphragm assembly (9) and the O-ring seals.
Remove valve cap (11) and the O-ring seal.
Remove spring (15), retaining ring (14), Washer (13), O-ring seal (12), and valve (10).

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Release the spring load to by turning adjusting knob (21) in counter clockwise.
Remove nylon doom (20) by turning counter clockwise.
Remove diaphragm assembly (19) and the O-ring seals. Inspect diaphragm assembly (19) visually for damages. If required, replace with new.
Remove valve seat (18) by turning counter clockwise.
Remove spring (16) and valve (17).
If the regulator cannot be repaired by cleaning with soap and water, the parts should be replaced.Installation Procedure
Install air pressure regulator (1) in the reverse order of removal.
All the O-ring seals and seals are correctly located. Lubricate O-ring seals and siding surfaces with Tooling (A) or equivalent.
Tighten vale seat to a torque of 1.1 to 2.3 N m (10.0 to 20.0 lb in).
Tighten nylon doom (20) to a torque of 22 to 24 N m (190 210 lb in).
Tighten valve cap (11) to a torque of 68 to 81 N m (50 to 60 lb ft).
Tighten screws (7) to a torque of 10 to 11 N m (90 to 100 lb in).
