Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the counterweight.

Remove cover (1).

Remove pin (3) and reposition the gas spring assembly and hood assembly (2). Secure the gas spring assembly and hood assembly (2). Remove cover assembly (4).

Attach a suitable lifting device to the rear of engine (5). The weight of engine (5) is approximately 250 kg (550 lb). Apply slight tension to the suitable lifting device.

Remove bolt (6). Repeat for the other side. Use the suitable lifting device in order to raise the rear of engine (5) by approximately 25 mm (1.0 inch). Remove rear engine mount (7). Repeat for the other side. Installation Procedure

Install rear engine mount (7). Repeat for the other side. Use the suitable lifting device in order to lower the rear of engine (5). Install bolt (6). Tighten bolt (6) to a torque of 270 40 N m (200 30 lb ft). Repeat for the other side.

Remove the suitable lifting device from engine (5).

Install cover assembly (4). Position the gas spring assembly and hood assembly (2). Install pin (3).

Install the counterweight.
