1 1 239-5858 Compressor Clamp Assembly Use the following procedure to tighten the clamp assembly:
(1.) Tighten the band clamp to 12.4 0.6 N.m (109.7 5.3 lb in).
(2.) Tap the clamp all around lightly.
(3.) Again, tighten the band clamp to 12.4 0.6 N.m (109.7 5.3 lb in).
2 4 9X-6620 Locknut Before assembly, lubricate the threads and bearing surfaces with Loctite C5A copper anti-seize.
Tighten the nut in crisscross pattern to 70 5 N m (52 4 lb ft) as shown in Illustration 1.
Do not reuse.
3 1 361-7981 Band Clamp Use the following procedure to tighten the clamp assembly:
(1.) Tighten the band clamp to 12.4 0.6 N.m (109.7 5.3 lb in).
(2.) Tap the clamp all around lightly.
(3.) Again, tighten the band clamp to 12.4 0.6 N.m (109.7 5.3 lb in).
