Carefully remove the insulation from coolant temperature sensor (11). Cut the wire tie-wrap from the coolant temperature sensor.
Disconnect two electrical connectors (12) .

Remove the wire tie-wraps. Disconnect three electrical connectors (13) .
Carefully remove cab air temperature sensor (14) from the grommet.
Remove two grommets (15) .

Remove the wire tie-wrap. Disconnect electrical connector (16) .
Disconnect electrical connector (17) .

Remove four bolts (19) and the washers.
Remove control module (18), and the plates.Installation Procedure

Position the plates and control module (18) on the heater/air conditioner unit.
Install the washers and four bolts (19) .

Connect electrical connector (17) .
Connect electrical connector (16). Install the wire tie-wrap.

Position two grommets (15) on the wire harness.
Carefully install cab air temperature sensor (14) in the grommet.
Connect three electrical connectors (13). Install the wire tie-wraps.

Connect two electrical connectors (12) .
Install the wire tie-wrap on the coolant temperature sensor. Install the insulation on coolant temperature sensor (11) .

Position case assembly (9) on the heater/air conditioner unit. Install the washers and four bolts (10) .Note: Make sure that grommets (15) are positioned correctly in case assembly (9) .

Connect two electrical connectors (8) to the correct damper motors.

Position upper air duct (6). Install two rubber gaskets (5) on each side of upper air duct (6). Install the washer and bolt (7) on upper air duct (6) .

Push the wire harness through the operator platform. Connect electrical connector (4). Install the wire tie-wraps.

This is a view of the underside of the operator platform.
Position plate (3) on the machine. The weight of plate (3) is approximately 7 kg (15 lb).
Install the spacers, the washers, and two bolts (2). Install the washers and two bolts (1) .End By: Install the storage box. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Storage Box and Covers (Cab) - Remove and Install" in this manual.
