Install one red signal lamp group (26), one green signal lamp group (27), one blue signal lamp group (28), nine washers (14), nine nuts (18), and three cable straps (11) to one plate assembly (22). Tighten nine nuts (18) to a torque of 6 1 N m (53 9 lb in)
