A     1U-8221     Strap     1    Note: The front guard and the overhead guard are removed from the machine in some of the photographs in the procedure. The procedure can be used to install the front guard on the machine.

Install Tooling (A) and attach a suitable lifting device to front guard (2). The front guard weighs approximately 39 kg (85 lb).
Position front guard (2) on overhead guard (3) .

Install 12 bolts (4) that fasten the hinges on front guard (2) to overhead guard (3) .
Install four bolts (1) that keep front guard (2) closed.
Remove the lifting device and remove Tooling (A) .
