Remove screws (14). Remove top cover assembly (15).

Remove heater core (16). Installation Procedure

Place heater core (16) into position.

Remove screws (13) and blower motor (17). Remove screws (20) and actuator (19). Note: Blower motor (17) and actuator (19) need to be removed in order to facilitate easier alignment of doors (18) during the assembly of the top and bottom covers.

Install top cover assembly (15). Make sure that you align sensor wire (21) during the installation of top cover assembly (15).
Doors (18) must be aligned with top cover assembly (15).

Install screws (14) that retain top cover assembly (15).

Install blower motor (17). Install screws (13).

Install actuator (19) and screws (20).

Install duct assembly (11). Install bolts (10) and (12). Connect harness assembly (8). Install cable strap (9).

Connect sensors (6) and (7).
