Install the thickness of shims recorded in Step 64 between plate (19) and the front frame.
Install plate (19) .
Apply Tooling (M) then apply Tooling (P) to the threads of bolts (18). Install four bolts (18). Tighten four bolts (18) to a torque of 270 13 N m (200 10 lb ft).
Apply Tooling (M) then apply Tooling (N) to the threads of bolts (17). Install eight bolts (17) and the washers. Tighten eight bolts (17) to a torque of 120 7 N m (90 5 lb ft).

Remove wood blocks from under the rear frame.

Connect four hose assemblies (12) to bulkhead (14) .
Connect three hose assemblies (13) to bulkhead (14) .

Connect hose assemblies (10) and (11) .

Install bolt (6), the washers, and the nut.

Install three plugs (52) in each collet.

Apply Tooling (R) to the bore of steering cylinder (55) .
Align the bores of steering cylinder (55) and the front frame. Install pin (56) and shims (54) .
Apply Tooling (L) to the inside and the outside diameters of collets (5) and (7) .
Install collets (5) and (7) .
Apply Tooling (L) to the threads of bolt (4). Install bolt (4) and the washer.Note: The collet on one side must not extend farther than the other when the bolt is tight.
Tighten bolt (4) to a torque of 870 110 N m (640 80 lb ft). After the bolt is tight, hit the collet on each side with a heavy hammer until the torque on the bolt is less than 360 N m (265 lb ft).
Tighten bolt (4) again to torque of 870 110 N m (640 80 lb ft). Hit each collet again until the torque for the bolt is less than 570 N m (420 lb ft).
Tighten bolt (4) to a final torque of 870 110 N m (640 80 lb ft).
Install nut (3) and tighten to a torque of 500 55 N m (370 40 lb ft).Note: At the end of 50 service hours, loosen nut (3) and repeat Step 85 through Step 88.

Connect hose assembly (1) .
Repeat Step 80 through Step 89 for the steering cylinder on the other side.
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the capacity of the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the proper filling procedure.
Purge the air from the braking system. Refer to Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Braking System Air - Purge".
Lubricate the steering cylinder bearings. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Steering Cylinder Bearings - Lubricate".
Lubricate the articulated hitch bearings. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Articulated Hitch Bearings - Lubricate".End By:
Install the center drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drive Shaft (Center) - Remove and Install".
Remove the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame
