Typical Example
Install hose (pilot line) (15) between check valve (4) on the right hand side of the machine and tee (13) .
Install hose (pilot line) (16) with elbow (17) between check valve (4) on the left hand side of the machine and tee (13) .

Secure hoses (3), hose (15) and hose (16) to the surrounding machinery with straps (18) .Note: Ensure that the pilot hoses do not foul other components or touch any sharp edges.
Adjust the positions of check valves (4) on both sides of the machine in order to avoid any tension in the hoses. Tighten mounting clamps (7) in order to secure the check valves in position. Do not tighten the mounting clamps to a high torque in order to avoid damaging the hoist cylinders.
Tighten clamps (1) and replacement clips (10) when everything is positioned correctly.
Check the hydraulic tank oil level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hoist, Steering and Brake System Oil Level - Check" for 725 and 730 Articulated Trucks. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hoist System and Brake System Oil Level - Check" for 735 and 740 Articulated Trucks. Fabrication of Mounting Clamps
Two mounting clamps are required for each machine. The following information is given as a guideline.

Manufacture the plate out of 6 mm (0.24 inch) mild steel. Refer to Illustration 13 and Table 2.
