Remove the work tool from the host machine. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Work Tool Installation and Removal" for the correct removal procedure.

Remove bolts (1) and cover (2) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (3) .
Repeat Step 2 and Step 3 for the opposite side.

Remove bolts (4) and cover (5) .

Remove bolt (6) . Rotate hydraulic rotator to access the next bolt (6) . Continue this process for the remaining bolts (6) .
Use a suitable lifting device to remove hydraulic rotator (7) . The weight of hydraulic rotator (7) is approximately 377 kg (830 lb).Note: Mark the position of hydraulic rotator (7) for installation purposes.Installation Procedure

Align swivel lock plate (7A) with plate (7B) .

Use a suitable lifting device to install hydraulic rotator (7) . The weight of hydraulic rotator (7) is approximately 377 kg (830 lb).Note: The hydraulic rotator (7) must be installed with the rotator motor facing the opposite side of the serial number plate.

Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of bolts (6) . Install bolt (6) . Rotate hydraulic rotator to access the next bolt (6) . Continue this process for the remaining bolts (6) . Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 270 40 N m (199 30 lb ft).

Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of bolts (4) . Install cover (5) and bolts (4) .

Connect hose assemblies (3) .

Install cover (2) and bolts (1) .
Repeat Step 5 and Step 6 for the opposite side.
Install the work tool onto the host machine. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Work Tool Installation and Removal" for the correct installation procedure.
