Remove the middle rear bottom guard and the middle front bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard - Remove".

Place Tooling (A) on the right side of equalizer bar (5) in order to remove the equalizer bar pads on the left side of the equalizer bar. Raise the equalizer bar.
Remove bolts (1) and loosen bolts (4). Remove equalizer bar pad (3) from the left side of the machine. Remove equalizer bar pad (2) .

Place Tooling (A) on the left side of equalizer bar (5) in order to remove the equalizer bar pads on the right side of the equalizer bar. Raise the equalizer bar.
Remove bolts (8) and loosen bolts (6). Remove equalizer bar pad (9). Remove equalizer bar pad (7) from the right side of the machine.
