Install the O-ring seal on the rotor drive planetary.
Apply Tooling (A) to bolts (10). Attach a suitable lifting device and suitable lifting slings to rotor drive planetary (8). Install rotor drive planetary (8), plate (9), and ten bolts (10). The weight of the rotor drive planetary is approximately 144 kg (318 lb).
Repeat Steps 1 and 2 in order to install the other rotor drive planetary.

Place differential (1) on two suitable floor jacks and install the differential in the machine. The weight of the differential and the two rotor drive planetaries is approximately 385 kg (850 lb). Attach a suitable lifting device and suitable lifting slings to differential (1) and raise the differential into position.
Apply Tooling (A) to bolts (6). Use two persons and install support (5) on rotor drive planetary (8). The weight of the support is approximately 35 kg (77 lb). Install 20 bolts (6). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 240 40 N m (177 30 lb ft).
Apply Tooling (A) on bolts (4). Install the bolts on support (5) .
Repeat Steps 5 and 6 in order to install the other support.

Apply Tooling (A) to bolts (2). Install torque limiting coupling (3) on differential (1) and install the bolts. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 240 40 N m (177 30 lb ft).End By: Install the chain drive case. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Chain Drive Case - Remove and Install".
