Attach a suitable lifting device to vibration damper assembly (1) . Remove bolts (2) and vibration damper assembly (1) . The weight of vibration damper assembly (1) is approximately 95 kg (210 lb).

Position vibration damper assembly (1) on suitable cribbing. Remove bolts (3) and adapter (4) . The weight of adapter (4) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).

Remove spacer (5) . Use two people to remove damper assembly (6) . Remove spacer (7) . Use two people to remove damper assembly (8) . Remove spacer (9) . The weight of damper assembly (6) and damper assembly (8) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Remove spacer (9) .Installation Procedure

Use two people to position adapter (4) . The weight of adapter (4) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb). Install Tooling (A) on adapter (4) . Position spacer (9) . Use two people to position vibration damper assembly (8) . The weight of vibration damper assembly (6) and damper assembly (8) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Position spacer (7) . Use two people to position damper assembly (6) . Position spacer (5) .

Remove Tooling (A) and install bolts (3) . Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 135 20 N m (100 15 lb ft).
