To operate the electric lubrication system, the engine must be running. Personal injury or death can result if the machine is moved. Before operating the electric lubrication system, place the machine in the servicing position, put the hydraulic activation control lever in the LOCKED position, and attach a "Do Not Operate" warning tag to the joystick.
The grease viscosity can vary with ambient temperatures.Use grease with correct viscosity depending on the ambient temperature.

The electric lubrication system is located in the storage box. (1) Grease pump (2) 20 L (5.28 US gal) grease container (3) Hose reel (4) 10 m (32.8 ft) hose (5) Grease gun
Start the engine.
Run the engine at low idle.

(6) Valve (7) Main switch
Make sure that valve (6) is closed.
Turn main switch (7) of the electric lubrication system to the ON position. The switch is located on the control panel of grease pump (1) .

Remove grease gun (5) from the storage box and extend hose (4) until the grease gun nozzle can reach the desired fitting locations.

Put the grease gun nozzle on the grease fitting and pull the trigger. Make sure that grease comes out of the joint.
Wipe any excess grease from the grease gun nozzle.
Replace the hose in the storage box. A recoil spring helps to retract the hose when you are finished. Hold the grease gun in the air and allow the hose to recoil slowly. When all of the hose has been properly wound on reel (3), position the grease gun for storage in the storage box.
Turn main switch (7) to the OFF position.
