Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to position fuel tank (31) on the machine. The weight of fuel tank (31) is approximately 102 kg (225 lb).
Install four mounting bolts (34) in the bottom of fuel tank (31) .
Connect hoses (33) and (32) to the bottom of fuel tank (31) .

Install bottom guards (30) and (29) .

Connect clip (28) to the side of the fuel tank. Position bracket assembly (27) and install bolts (26) .

Close side door (25) .

Connect hose (24) .

Position platform (23) and install bolts (22) .

Position handrail (16) and install bolts (21). Position bracket (18) and install bolts (17). Position mirror (19) and install bolt (20) .

Connect harness assembly (15). Install bracket (14) and bolts (12). Install cable strap (13) .

Position panel (10) and install bolts (11). Tighten bolt (9) .

Position panel (4). Install bolts (6) and (5) .

Position platform (2) and install bolt (3). Install four bolts (1) .
Fill the fuel tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the capacity of the fuel tank.
