Install coil assembly (38), washer (37), nut (36), backup rings (35), and O-ring seals (34) onto solenoid valve (20).

Install backup rings (33) and O-ring seals (32) onto relay valve (19).

Install backup ring (31) and O-ring seal (30) onto pilot assembly (17).

Install pilot assembly (17), backup rings (29), and O-ring seals (28) onto valve (16).

Install cartridges (27) onto cartridges (26). Tighten cartridges (26) to a torque of 35 3 N m (26 2 lb ft).
Install coil assemblies (25), backup rings (24), O-ring seals (23), washers (22), and nuts (21) onto solenoid valves (18).

Install cartridge (21).
Install solenoid valve (20). Tighten solenoid valve (20) to a torque of 50 5 N m (37 4 lb ft). Tighten nut (36) to a torque of 9.5 1.5 N m (84 13 lb in).
Install valve (19). Tighten valve (19) to a torque of 101 6.8 N m (75 5 lb ft).
Install pilot assembly (17) and valve (16). Tighten valve (16) to a torque of 101 6.8 N m (75 5 lb ft).Note: Install the O-ring seal for the pilot assembly into the bottom of the port cavity and then install the pilot assembly with the backup ring on it.
Install solenoid valves (18). Tighten solenoid valves (18) to a torque of 35 3 N m (26 2 lb ft). Tighten nuts (21) to a torque of 20 2 N m (177 17 lb in).

Install O-ring seals (14) and backup ring (15) onto check valve (5).

Install backup rings (13) and O-ring seals (12) onto diverter valve (4).

Install diverter valve (4). Tighten diverter valve (4) to a torque of 149 7 N m (110 5 lb ft).
Install unloader valve (3). Tighten unloader valve (3) to a torque of 102 7 N m (75 5 lb ft).
Install relief valve (2). Tighten relief valve (2) to a torque of 90 9 N m (66 7 lb ft).
Install check valve (1). Tighten check valve (1) to a torque of 102 7 N m (75 5 lb ft).End By:
