Start By:a. remove hoodb. drain hydraulic systemc. remove radiator guard 1. Remove hydraulic fittings (1). Remove two bolts , washers and hose straps (2). Remove twelve bolts and washers (3). 2. Support fan with a hoist. Remove four bolts and washers (4). Remove fan assembly. Weight of the fan assembly is 91 kg (200 lb). 3. Remove four bolts and washers (5). Remove cover (6). 4. Support the radiator with tooling (A).
Typical Example5. Remove four bolts (7) which secure mounting frame to radiator. Loosen four bolts (8) securing radiator mounting frame to side far enough to allow clearance to remove fan shroud.
