1. Use a vehicle with forks to support the lower conveyor. The forks must be between the conveyor frame and the lower run of the belt.2. Remove pin (3) and mounts (2) from the conveyor frame.3. Remove four bolts (4), and remove flashing support (1) and the flashing from the conveyor frame. 4. Starting at the tail pulley, use two persons to remove lower conveyor belt (5) from the conveyor frame. The weight of the lower conveyor belt is 43 kg (95 lb). The following steps are for installation of the lower conveyor belt.5. Use two persons to position lower conveyor belt (5) on the conveyor frame. Make sure the belt is under flashing (6).6. Position the flashing and flashing support (1) on the conveyor frame, and install four bolts (4).7. Install mounts (2) and pin (3) on the conveyor frame.End By:a. install lower conveyor head pulley
