This Program must be administered as soon as possible.When reporting the repair, use "PI10960" as the Part Number and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty ClaimDescription Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code.
Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI10960" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number,"96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
PROBLEM
The 375-7973 Water Lines Tube needs to be reworked on certain 3516C HD Marine Engines. The existing tube can move within the 390-7470 Elbow and result in a coolant leak and result in a risk of personal injury or death.

Rework Procedure
1. Drain jacket water coolant into suitable container.
2. Remove all brackets and fasteners to disassemble the existing tube 375-7973 and elbow 390-7470 from between the straight coupling assembly 216-2285 and water pump flange. Do not remove the water pump flange.
3. Install new elbow 446-0380 onto existing water pump flange (image 1.3.1). Install 388-6443 ring (1) and o-ring 8t-1919 (2) to new tube 446-0378 and insert tube into elbow with
