There is a possibility of water leaks around the front window on some of the early replacement 327-7787 Cab Kits for the D-Series Track-Type Loaders. Cab kits with sequence numbers "KS0001" through "KS0262" may leak.Solution
If you have a customer complaint of front window leaks use the following steps.Note: Cab kits with sequence numbers that are equal to or greater than "KS0263" have been tested for leaks during assembly.

Locate the number of the sequence number of the cab kit. The sequence number of the cab kit can be located on the left rear mount of the cab. Refer to Illustration 1 and Illustration 2 for the location of the sequence number for the cab kit.
If the cab kit has a sequence number of "KS0001" through "KS0262", perform the steps in "Test The Cab For Leaks" that is in the Special Instruction, REHS4354, "Installation Of A New Rollover Protection Structure (ROPS)".
