If more information is needed, refer to the Troubleshooting Manual.Note: Ensure that the diagnostic code is intermittent before performing the procedure.Note: Use a digital multimeter for the measurements in this procedure.
Check the return circuit of the solenoid for a short to ground.
Check the harness for an open.
Check the solenoid.If the harness and the solenoid are functioning properly, replace the 300-3631 Electronic Control Module with the 311-0263 Electronic Control Module .Follow Special Instruction, REHS4182 and Special Instruction, REHS4183, in order to replace the ECM.If you have any questions, contact your Technical Communicator (TC).
