Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the load control valve (boom cylinder).

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Remove plug (9), O-ring seal (8), spacers (7), guide (6), spring (5), retainer (4), and poppet (3), and poppet (2) from load control valve (1).

Remove plug assembly (13), O-ring seal (12), spring (11), and valve (10) from load control valve (1).

Remove relief valve (14) from load control valve (1).

Remove O-ring seals (16), (17), (19), (20), and (23). Remove ring seals (18) and (21).
