1. Thoroughly clean around all the hose connections. Put identification on all the oil lines.2. Disconnect oil lines (1). Cap or plug all openings as each hose is disconnected. 3. Install wood block (2) to support the auger.4. Loosen set screw (3).5. Remove four bolts (4) and remove auger motor (5). Install the auger motor in the reverse order of the removal.6. Check the oil level in the hydraulic tank and add oil if necessary.Disassemble And Assemble Auger Motor
Start By:a. remove auger motor1. Thoroughly clean the outside of the motor. Put identification on the motor parts for assembly purposes. 2. Remove seven bolts (1). 3. Remove end cap (6). Remove the O-ring seal from the end cap.4. Remove the gereotor set (5). Remove the O-ring seal from the gereotor set.5. Remove spacer plate (4).6. Remove the O-ring seal and drive (3) from housing (2). 7. Remove the key located in the end of output shaft (9).
Do not use an impact wrench on bolts (8). Thread Lock has been applied to the threads during the assembly of the motor. The bolts will require approximately 34 to 46 N m (25 to 34 lb ft) of torque
