Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, thoroughly clean all parts in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Do not use wiping cloths or rags to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement. Dirt and other contaminants can damage the precision component. Perform assembly procedures on a clean work surface. Keep components covered and protected at all times.Note: Check O-ring seals and backup rings for wear or for damage. Replace the seals, if necessary.

Install O-ring seal (17) on each relief valve (16) .
Install backup ring (21), O-ring seal (22), and backup ring (23) on each relief valve (16) .
Install backup ring (18), O-ring seal (19), and backup ring (20) on each relief valve (16) .

Install relief valves (16) in valve body (1) .
Install O-ring seal (15) on valve body (1) .

Install O-ring seal (10) on valve cartridge (9) .
Install O-ring seal (13) and backup ring (14) on valve cartridge (9) .
Install backup ring (11) and O-ring seal (12) on valve cartridge (9) .

Install valve cartridge (9) on valve body (1) .

Install coil (8) and nut (7) on the valve body. Tighten nut (7) to a torque of 5 to 8 N m (44 to 71 lb in).

Install O-ring seal (3) on control valve (2) .
Install backup ring (4), O-ring seal (5), and backup ring (6) on control valve (2) .

Install control valve (2) in valve body (1) .End By: Install the vibratory valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vibratory Valve - Install".
