(A) Lever As
Remove existing Lever As (A) on the machine by referring to Disassembly And Assembly Manual mentioned in the "Reference Section". Protect the tilt cylinder rod and pin holes until reassembly.

(B) Stop Block
Make center line markings on the stop block on the cross member along the center of the stop block. Extend the markings onto the cross member so that after removing the stop block from the cross member, positional reference of the stop block is available on the cross member.
Remove the stop block from the cross member.
Prepare the area for welding on the cross member from where stop block (B) was removed. Welding preparation includes paint removal and cleaning of an area roughly 10 mm (0.4 inch) larger than the stopper. For detailed information, refer to the Special Instruction media mentioned in the "Reference Section".

(3) 505-3714 Block
(W1) Weld, 1.5 mm (0.06 inch) square groove weld, 8 mm (0.3 inch) fillet weld.
Install the new block (3) on the cross member. For positional accuracy, make markings cross the center of the new block (3) and match the position with the markings on the cross member made in step 2. Secure the block onto the cross member by weld (W1).Weld (W1) is a 1.5 mm (0.06 inch) square groove weld, 8 mm (0.3 inch) fillet weld.
Paint the new 505-3714 Block and the affected area on the cross member.

For standard machines without Auto Lube, install new Lever As (1).
