PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Refer to the Service Manual if/as necessary.
1. Remove top hood panel.

2. Remove Crankcase Guards. Refer to KENR8882- Crankcase Guard - Remove and Install - Tractor for removal instructions.

3. Disconnect exhaust line from Air to Air After Cooled (ATAAC) tube. Save clamp.

4. Remove and the tube assembly, air inlet hose from the elbow of turbocharger at right hand side of the engine, and reducer hose at top right-hand side of the radiator.

5. Install new 186-2002 Hose (1) to the elbow from the turbocharger at right-hand side of the engine with one 208-7448 Clamp (4). Install new 386-2496 Hose (2) to the top right-hand side of the radiator with one 209-4579 Clamp (5). Assemble new 386-2491 Tube Assembly (3) to 186-2002 Hose with one 208-7448 Clamp (4) and to the hose at the radiator with one 216-2211 Clamp (6).

6. Reconnect exhaust line to the new tube with clamp saved from Step 3.

7. Remove and the Tube, air inlet hose from the elbow of intake manifold at left-hand side of engine, reducer hose from the bottom right-hand side of the radiator, and clamps. Save the clips and mounting hardware.

8. Install 186-2002 Hose (1) to the elbow from the intake manifold at left-hand side of the engine with one 208-7448 Clamp (4). Install 386-2496 Hose (2) to the bottom right-hand side of the radiator with one 209-4579 Clamp (5). Assemble new 386-2495 Tube (3) to the 186-2002 Hose with one 208-7448 Clamp (4) and to the 386-2496 Hose with one 216-2211 Clamp (6). Secure the tube with clips that were previously saved in Step 7.

9. Reinstall top hood panel.

10. Reinstall Crankcase Guards that were previously removed. Refer to KENR8882- Crankcase Guard - Remove and Install - Tractor for installation instructions.
