Connect the steering frame lock.

Start the engine. Raise the lift arms to height of approximately 2159 mm (85.0 inch). Put Tooling (A) in position under the lift arms. Lower the lift arms in order to install Tooling (A). Put the bucket in the dump position, as shown.
Activate the parking brake.
Drain the implement hydraulic system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct procedure.

Remove rubber cover (1) Remove cover assembly (2).

Disconnect harness assembly (4) from all solenoid assemblies and sensor assemblies. Reposition harness assembly (4) out of the way.
Disconnect all hose assemblies (3).

Disconnect two hose assemblies (5). Loosen the opposite ends of hose assemblies (5).
Disconnect tube assemblies (6). Loosen the opposite ends of tube assemblies (6) in order to allow the main control valve to slide out.

Disconnect hose assemblies (7) from the back of the main control valve.

Remove bolts (9) from main control valve (8).

Position a suitable table in front of main control valve (8). Slide main control valve (8) forward until it is out from under the hydraulic tubes.
Install Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to main control valve (8). The weight of main control valve (8) is approximately 195 kg (430 lb).
Raise main control valve (8) and set it on the suitable table. Installation Procedure
Install main control valve (8) in the reverse order of the removal.
