View From Under Cab1. Disconnect all electrical connectors (2) from the cab. Disconnect ground strap (1). 2. Identify, disconnect and cap hose assemblies (5). Remove bolts (4) and panel (3). Panel (3) will stay with the cab when it is removed.
View From Under The Cab3. Remove four mounting bolts (6). 4. Fasten a hoist to cab (7).
Prior to the removal of the cab from the operators platform, be sure all wires and hoses have been disconnected.
5. Carefully remove cab (7) from the machine. The weight of the cab is 1750 kg (3900 lb). The following steps are for installation of the cab.6. Put the cab in position over the operators platform. Install four bolts (6). Tighten the cab mounting bolts to a torque of 800 100 N m (590 75 lb ft).
Be sure all wires and hose assemblies for the cab are connected at their original locations on the cab.
7. Connect ground strap (1). Reconnect electrical harnesses (2).8. Install panel (3). Connect hose assemblies (5).
