Information:
In order to service a machine ECM/controller, a specific "P1D" file name must be selected. Certain machines will automatically display the required "P1D" file name (8). If the P1D file name is not displayed (7), select the blue "here" (9) link for a list of machine model "P1D" files. Match the machine serial number prefix to the "P1D" file name. Take note of the exact "P1D" file name with spaces, upper, and lower case letters, this is important.

"Loading Diagnostic File (Not Responding)" message
A message pop-up window stating "Loading Diagnostic File (Not Responding)", is the windows default message while P1STC is reestablishing communication with the machine ECM/Controller. This situation is normal. This connection can take up to 5 minutes to connect.Note: If problems/malfunctions occur during service, you may have selected the wrong P1D file. Close the P1STC program and repeat the connection procedure with the correct P1D file that matches the machine serial number prefix
